Rich Walter is the Director of the Center for Jewish Life and Learning of the JCC and Federation of Greater New Haven. A graduate of Brandeis University with a BA in Politics and an MA in Near Eastern Judaic Studies, Rich is interested in using Jewish informal and experiential learning as a way to engage youth in Jewish community. In addition to leading MAKOM, Rich is the New England Director of the March of the Living, is a founding board member of the North American Association of Community Hebrew High Schools and serves on the National Executive Committee of the Association of Directors of Central Agencies.
